This policy covers this website, the OMR Software Windows application and the OMR Sheet Android application, published by the makers of OMR Software.
This website
The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. If you send a message through the contact form, we receive the details you type in and use them only to reply to you.
Windows application
- Answer sheets, scanned images, class registers, candidate names, roll numbers and results are stored on your computer, in your Windows user profile. They are not sent to us.
- To activate and check a licence, the application contacts our licence server with the licence key and an identifier of the computer.
Android application
- Sheet photographs, candidate names, roll numbers, phone numbers you enter, and results are stored in the app’s private storage on your device and are not transmitted.
- Grading requires signing in. The app then sends a Google account identifier, a hashed device identifier, and daily counts of graded sheets to our server, to provide the free daily allowance.
- The app has no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services.
- You can delete your account in the app under Settings, Account.
